Helping people with dementia live safely at home

People living with dementia and their families often experience home care services as fragmented and unpredictable. Together with Bydel Østensjø, we used service design, pilot testing and effect measurement to develop more continuous, trust-based and dementia-friendly home care services that help people live safely at home longer.
